To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns for used or intimate items due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photos or videos as proof of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). Make sure to include this RAN with your returned package.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. Please note that we do not accept returns sent as cash on delivery (COD) or without a valid RAN.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
